This year has been a year of celebrations. In addition to the museum's historic building turning 100 years old:
- The Conroe High School Class of 1974 held their 50th reunion luncheon on May 17th
- The Rotary Club of Conroe is celebrating 92 years of service
- The Conroe / Lake Conroe Chamber is celebrating their 90th anniversary
